The de@th of celebrity chef Anne Burrell has been linked to her ending it all by the New York Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
According to a report cited by The New York Times, the 55-year-old d+ed from “acute intoxication due to the combined effects of d+phe=hydr@mine, eth@nol, cet+rizi=e, and amp=et@m+ne.”
Burrell, known for hosting Secrets of a Restaurant Chef and co-hosting Worst Cooks in America on the Food Network, was found unresponsive in her Brooklyn home on June 17. She was pronounced de@d at the scene.
