The Abuja Federal High Court on Thursday declared that the leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu, is an international terrorist and anarchy minded person.
Justice James Omotosho in the ongoing judgment held that Kanu extended his terrorism acts to the United States of America when he ordered that the American Embassy be brought down in a broadcast.
The judge predicated his decision on another broadcast where the convict ordered that the destruction of the British High Commission and killing of their officials.
He held that Kanu is an international terrorist by his conduct, utterances and actions as manifested in the unlawful orders he issued for the destruction of the properties of the United States of America and the United Kingdom.
According to the judge, Kanu is an anarchy minded person who did all he did wilfully.
