The Commissioner for Information, Culture and Home Affairs, Alhaji Abdulkarim Yahaya Sirika made this known in a statement on Thursday. The statement equally conveyed Governor Aminu Bello Masari’s goodwill message to the state’s Muslim Ummah, as well as the civil servants. Governor Bello wished them all a hitch-free Sallah celebration. He equally admonished them to continually pray for the state. Recall that Jigawa State had earlier declared the same day, Friday, 14 May, 2021 as a public holiday to celebrate the Sallah festival.
