Court orders DSS release of Igboho’s associates

Justice Obiora Egwuatu of the Federal High Court in Abuja has ordered the Department of State Services DSS to release 12 associates of pro-Yoruba agitator, Sunday Adeyemo popularly know as Sunday Igboho.

Counsel to the alleged agitators, Pelumi Olajengbesi, told the Court Friday that his clients have been kept “underground” in DSS custody since their arrest on 2nd July after the raid on Igboho’s home a day earlier.
