Former Senator Shehu Sani has alleged that the DSS has arrested two Channels Television presenters, Chambalain Usor and Kayode Okikolu, days after an explosive interview with Governor Samuel Ortom of Benue state and Retired Commodore, Kayode Olawunmi.
While Governor Ortom accused President Buhari of having a “Fulanization” agenda, Olawunmi who served in inteligence committees accused the present administration of sending the country 60 years back, being nepotistic and shielding those sponsoring Boko Haram and who also have plans of Islamizing the country.
Sani in a tweet shared today August 26, condemned the alleged arrest of the presenters and also described it as “unconsionable and muzzling the press”. The claim was backed by other Twitter users, including media personality, Omoyele Sowore.
