Black Friday: Hundreds of people feared dead in Sierra Leone fuel tanker explosion

Over 100 people have been k*lled and hundreds seriously injured after a 40ft-long fuel tanker exploded in the Wellington area of Freetown, Sierra Leone.
According to reports online, the tanker exploded around 10pm on Friday, November 5, 2021, on a busy junction in front of Choithram Supermarket, causing fires to break out.
Satellite Hospital, located in the capital, is said to have become completely overwhelmed by victims and is now referring people elsewhere.
