For Rivers state. We tagged them as supplementary documents.

In respect to Rivers, we have INEC CTC of form EC8s of 6 LGAs. These are:
1. Bonni LGA
2. Eleme
3. Abua Odua
4. Okirika
5. Ahorda East
6. Oyigbo
Court: The Form EC8As of the LGAs are hereby ADMITTED & tagged Exh PD16- PD21, respectively
So both Rivers remaining LGAs and Niger remaining LGA are both admitted.maybe
SAN Emeka: My lord, may we now move to Adamawa State. We seek to render for 21 LGA Certified True Copies for Adamawa State.
