The founder of Ovation Magazine and chieftain of the African Democratic Congress, ADC, Chief Dele Momodu has taken to his official X account on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 to react to the statement that was made by Nyesom Wike at the PDP Convention.

This came after the Peoples Democratic Party faction led by the former governor of Rivers state held its National Convention at the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Abuja.
In the video that surfaced online, while Nyesom Wike was addressing the people at the convention ground, he shouted PDP and only few people responded. However, after the former governor of Rivers state noticed that many people didn’t respond, he said this is not PDP.

According to Nyesom Wike in the viral video;
“ PDP! This is not the PDP”.
Reacting after the video surfaced online, Dele Momodu expressed surprise.
According to Dele Momodu on his official X account;
“Just wow”.
