Barring any last-minute change of circumstances, eminent lawyers of the main opposition ADC will be returning to the Honorable Justice Emeka Nwite’s Federal High Court in Abuja, today, asking him to dismiss the frivolous Ex Parte motion instituted by Mr. Nafiu Bala Gombe, for the Court’s lack of jurisdiction, in line Section 83(5) of the Electoral Act 2026.

It must be recalled that earlier on October 3 2025, and March 6, 2026 respectively, two Federal High Court Justices with corresponding jurisdiction, Justice James Omotosho and Justice Joyce Abdulmalik have dismissed a similar suit marked: FHC/ABJ/CS/1331/2025, filed by Dumebi Kachikwu against the Senator David Mark-led leadership.
We pray to God Almighty to guide Honorable Justice Emeka Nwite, and empower him with the divine wisdom to give a just ruling today or tomorrow.

This is even as intels from highly impeccable sources in Abuja indicate that the Honorable Justice Nwite is under immense pressure from jittery senior officials of the Bola Tinubu regime to destabilize the main opposition ADC, thus, morphing Nigeria into a one-party state ahead 2027.
