Islamic scholar Sheikh Ahmad Gumi has reacted to reports on the k+lling of Abu-Bilal al-Minuki, described as the second-in-command of ISIS globally, following an announcement attributed to U.S. President Donald Trump.
Gumi made his comments in a Facebook post on Saturday shortly after the news broke.

While he maintained that f+ghting terr+rism is necessary, he criticized the idea of doing so in collaboration with certain foreign powers, which he suggested have also been responsible for civilian d+aths in other conflicts.
He wrote, “It’s a religious obligation to ann+hilate terr%rists, but not with Beelzebub and hands stained with the bl%%d of innocent men, women, and children.”
