Bring down Lekki Toll Gate and build a statue for every one killed that night – Dr. Betta Edu, Cross River State Health Commissioner

The Cross River State Health Commissioner, Dr. Betta Edu has suggested that the Lekki Toll Gate should be demolished and use the side as a memorial for the Victim that died on 20th of Oct 2020 for #EndSARS/Police Brutality Protest.

According to her, Lekki toll gate , should be permanently brought down and be replaced with a statue of the #EndSARS protesters victims, who lost their lives on Tuesday, October 20.Dr.Betta Edu, opined that the names of victims should be written in bold letters so that they wouldn’t be forgotten in history because they died for a better Nigeria.

She wrote in a tweet: “Bring down Lekki Toll Gate permanently, build a stature for everyone killed that night! Write their names in bold letters… let us forever remember our heroes who died for a better Nigeria. we will never forget #20:10:2020 #SARMUSTENDNOW #EndBadGoveranceInNigeria
