Court grants relief sought by Igboho against AGF, DSS award 20 billion Naira for exceptional aggravated damages.
Justice Ladiran Akintola of the Oyo State High Court has granted all relief sought by the Yoruba Activist, Sunday Adeyemo, also known as Igboho.
Not only this, he also awarded a sum of N20 billion against the federal government adding that the invasion of Igboho’s house was a violation of his fundamental human rights, right to live among others.
He added that all damages suffered by Igboho could be traced to the illegal activities of the the agents of the first and third respondents.
