Don’t Let Pastors Deceive you, Prayer cannot cure Coronavirus – Ali Baba

Popular Nigerian comedian Ali Baba has warned Nigerians not to be deceived by Pastors who who claim prayers can cure coronavirus, urging Nigerians not to replace the hygienic measures to curb the spread of Coronavirus with prayers and spiritual beliefs, giving instances of popular worship places that have been locked down.

He wrote;

“StopTemptingGod Don’t let anyone, no matter their religious position, use religious escapism to drive you to committing suicide. This Coronavirus is no jokes This is not the time to say #ItsNotMyPortion… #BindAndCast… Same way they will tell you to pray for your wards to get a job, yet they are personally calling their contacts to employ their own wards. The same people telling you to pray for protection from Armed Robbers, but are protecting themselves with armed security. Better borrow yourself brain.
