The Super Eagles’ delegation for Saturday’s international friendly against Mexico will leave Nigeria today for the game’s location in Los Angeles, California.
The squad, which is made up entirely of local players, is slated to go to Los Angeles on a Turkish Airlines aircraft for the game, which will be held in the Los Angeles Coliseum, a 77,500-seat venue that has hosted big international events.
Gernot Rohr, the head coach of the Super Eagles, will accompany the team to America to evaluate the players’ progress and provide advice to the handlers if needed.
