Nigerian R&B singer, Fireboy DML, has secured his first-ever top 10 entry on the Official UK Charts with the remix for his hit single, Peru.
The remix which features British singer, Ed Sheeran appeared at no. 6 this week, making it his very first top 10 entry on the chart.
UK Charts broke the news of Fireboy’s latest milestone via its official website on Friday, January 7, 2022.
This comes after the song which was released last month hit over 10 million views on YouTube. It also made its debut on the US Rhythmic Radio Chart.
Meanwhile, Fireboy’s original Peru song has spent weeks on end atop the Official UK Afrobeats chart.
