Footballer faces FA probe for touching his colleague’s genital during a match

Darnell Fisher, Preston defender, seems set to face a Football Association investigation for appearing to grab the genitals of an opponent, Sheffield Wednesday’s Callum Paterson, The Guardian is reporting.

Camera footage which has gone viral, showed Fisher twice touching Paterson in the groin area during Saturday’s championship game at Deepdale.

The FA is understood to be aware of the alleged incident and are set to investigate.
