Graphics: Black Man Dies After Minneapolis Pinned Him Down By The Neck. (Video)

Shocking video has emerged showing a Police officer pinning a black man to the ground by his neck with his knee, moments before the suspect loses consciousness and dies.

The disturbing footage was taken by a bystander in south Minneapolis on Monday evening and has now sparked an FBI investigation into the man’s death.

Despite plea by the man, telling the police officer that he was struggling to breathe, the officer continued pressing his knee even harder and arrogantly put his hands in his pockets.

The officer refused to listen to cries from surrounding people to let go because the man was dying.
