Gunmen kidnap pastor of Deeper Life Church in Ondo
Unknown gunmen have kidnapped one Mr Ogedengbe, pastor of the Deeper Life Church at Irese town, Akure South Local Government Area of Ondo State.
OsmekNews gathered that the incident occurred on Monday evening when the gang invaded the church premises and whisked away the pastor.
A member of the church, while confirming the incident said the abductors stormed the church in a black Corolla car and picked only the clergyman.
“He was kidnapped inside the church. They came with a black Corolla Sports car. They took only him away,” he said.
The state’s Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Tee-Leo Ikoro, confirmed the abduction.
According to him, the state command has ordered an investigation into the unfortunate incident.
