An American woman, Hayley Kelly, has claimed that her Nigerian ex who goes by the fake name, Miguel Nchama, murdered their son just to spite her.
NigerianAbroad reports that the duo met on a dating site in 2008. At the time, she felt he was sweet, dated for 2yrs and fell in love with him and they produced a son, Nakota.
She revealed that scale fell off her eyes in 2011, when he was involved in a shady deal and was jailed for 34 months. Kelly noted that she still loved him after discovering he had five fake names. She said she got tired and ended the relationship as he was just getting out of jail.
Kelly fought for custody of their son and only allowed Nakota to visit his father on weekends. During one weekend visit to his father, Nakota, 10 at the time of his presumed death on July 18, 2020, reportedly called his mother saying: “Oh I’m dead. Don’t expect me to come back. My dad’s going to kill me.”
Dibiah called an unnamed relative and confessed to have killed the son and was arrested. Investigators say they found blood stains, hair, and brain matter in the house. Security camera also captured Dibiah making several trips to the trash, but nothing was found there when police checked. Kelly says she believes Dibiah killed their son to spite her over custodial squabbles
