Kanu instituted a case against the Kenyan Government through his legal team. The Special Counsel to the IPOB leader, Aloy Ejimakor, disclosed this via his Twitter handle on Thursday. “UPDATE: Extraordinary Rendition: Onyendu’s legal team has filed a suit in Kenya against the Kenyan government,” Ejimakor wrote. Kanu was recently rearrested in Kenya and repatriated to Nigeria. The Kenyan High Commissioner, Wilfred Machage, refuted the claim that Kenyan police arrested Kanu.
