Ladies arrested for falsely accusing Benin influencer of theft and assaulting her

Some Ladies were earlier today arrested by operatives of the Edo State police command for harassing one, Nicole over gold theft.

It was gathered that the girls identified as Abigail, Stonner and Joy went to Nicole’s house located around Second East Circular Road ,Benin City , to accuse her of stealing gold and recording it in a bid to embarrass her on social media .

A source said: “These evil girls wanted to set Nicole up, especially Joy who the victim was trying hard to make her best friend.

They accused her of stealing their gold, dragged her from the house to the street, beat her and whisked her in a car saying they were taking her to the police station which was a blatant lie.

They recorded the entire harassment and were posting the videos on WhatsApp Status. Luckily , friends who knew Nicole, quickly called the police on these girls before they cause her more harm.

Nicole was rescued and Stonner and Abigail were whisked to State CID Headquarters in Benin where they are currently cooling off. Unfortunately, Joy, the mastermind of the crime, ran away on sighting the police.
