Nigerians in U.S purchase their ‘Asoebi’ ahead of Joe Biden’s inauguration as U.S President

The Illustrious sons and daughters of Nigeria purchase their ‘Asoebi’ Ahead of the January 20 inauguration of United States President-elect, Joe Biden and Vice President-elect, Kamala Harris, Nigerians living in America have designed Aso ebi attire to mark the occasion.

In Nigeria, “Aso Ebi” is the local name given to traditional uniform dress that is worn during social and cultural events. It is made from different attires such as Ankara, Lace, Guinea among others.

Videos have surfaced online, showing Nigerians flaunting the asoebi clothes which have been designed with faces of Biden and Kamala.

Recall that Joe Biden’s victory was certified by the Congress after supporters of outgoing President Donald Trump invaded the US Capitol in a bid to prevent the affirmation.
