Pantami curses activist Deji Adeyanju over resignation call

The Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, Isa Pantami is under fire on Facebook once again after he lashed out at activist, Deji Adeyanju on the platform.
The embattled minister has been under scrutiny for past remarks where he was declaring support for Taliban and to al-Qaeda terrorist groups.
In a screenshot released on Adeyanju’s FB page, Pantami’s verified FB account was caught cursing in the comment section using the Hausa language.
Adeyanju appeared to have angered the minister with a copy of a complaint letter he directed to the Director-General, State Security Service, Asokoro, Abuja.
Adeyanju, who demanded Pantami’s sack in the letter, also copied the Ambassador of the United States Embassy in Nigeria as well as the High Commissioner of the United Kingdom’s High Commission in Nigeria.
In response, Pantami minister wrote in Hausa: “Allah ya tsine masa’ which translates as “May God’s curse be on him” or “God should curse his blessing.”
The minister’s FB account however put up a disclaimer later, suggesting that his “account was hacked. Just recovered it. It is not being managed by Dr Isa Pantami, but by some youth. Disregard any request, comment or message from it.”
Adeyanju has since mocked the disclaimer, adding that “Pantami is beyond shameless and unrepentant. This is a Minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria endorsing religious extremism calling for my death then coming back to say his account was hacked. This is someone that said he has changed.”
