The Kano State Police Command on Thursday, August 20, rescued a 55-year-old Nigerian man, Murtala Muhammad, at Kofar Fada in Rogo Local Government Area of the state.
According to reports, Muhammad, was rescued after being locked up in a room by his father for 30 years. He was locked up due to a mental illness which began when he turned 25.
