A pregnant lady identified as Ann has reportedly passed on after falling off a hospital bed in Ogwashi-Uku, Delta State.
According to a viral video, the pregnant lady was said to have been left unattended by nurses on duty, who were alleged to have slept off after she was brought to the General hospital, Ogwashi-Uku, late in the night by her care-giver who went out to get some personal items.
However, the care-giver was said to be shocked as she returned to the hospital only to find the woman de*d on the floor while the nurses were allegedly sleeping
