Rochas Okorocha Presents Staff of Office to the Youngest king in Imo state as He bows out after 8 years (photos)
It was a celebration galore for the people of Obinnoha Autonomous Community in Mbaitoli Local government Area as the Outgoing governor of the state, Rochas Okorocha presents the traditional staff of office to one of their illustrious son, Desmond Nnamdi Ali at state government house.
Eze Desmond Nnamdi Ali, the Igwe Gburu Gburu the 1st of Obinnoha Autonomous Community is said to be the the youngest king in the history of the Community and Imo State at large.
The event which took place at the state government house was attended by traditional leaders, religious leaders, friends and well wishers.
According to a Facebook user who was identified as Chika Ali, the sister to the King took to her facebook page to congratulate the new king.
She wrote;
“It was a successful ceremony, the welcoming of the new King of Obinnoha Autonomous community. I present to you Eze Desmond Nnamdi Ali , Igwe Gburu Gburu Nke mbu of Obinnoha, Oyiri nnaya.
