Soldier threatens to commit suicide after police brutalized him

A soldier, simply identified as Ali, today created a scene by climbing the over 24fts high Roadblock Tower in Jalingo, Taraba State and threatening to jump down.

OsmekNews Gathered that, who stopped him from making good his threat, the soldier, who is said to be on leave, was brutalized by some policemen and he decided to climb the tower.

At a point he was said to have vowed to remain there until the Governor or police commissioner comes to talk to him.
