Tragedy as Car Learner Crushes 6 Kids to Death in Edo State

A Very Sad event took place in Arue-Uromi, Esan-North East Local Government Area of Edo State on Friday, January 16, when six children were crushed to death by a Mercedes Benz car bearing a learner driver sign.

OsmekNews gathered that the children, four girls and two boys, said to be siblings, were playing football when the Mercedes Benz car, which in an attempt to dodge a pothole, swerved and killed them on the spot.

The accident provoked anger as residents of the community immediately blocked the road and burnt the Mercedes Benz. However, the Edo State Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Henry Benamaisia, confirmed the incident
