UAE remote Work Visa: Work in Dubai even if your company is in Nigeria

UAE remote Work Visa: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has announced a new visa policy that allows foreigners to work in their UAE even if their company is abroad.

The Vice President/Prime Minister of the UAE, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed, made the announcement via his Twitter account on Sunday.

According to him, the decision was made after the work-from-home policy in Dubai was widely accepted due to the coronavirus pandemic.

He also stated that this new visa allows employees to live and work in Dubai even if their companies are in another country.

“During a cabinet meeting I chaired, we approved a new remote work Visa for those living or intending to live in the UAE.

“This new work visa allows employees from all over the world to live and work remotely from the UAE even if their companies are based in other countries of the world

“We also approved a multiple entry tourist visa for all nationalities to strengthen the UAE’s status as a global economic capital,” he also said.
