Wizkid, Davido, and Portable nominated for HEADIES 2022

The HEADIES has announced the full list of nominees for the prestigious Nigerian music award’s 2022 edition on their official Instagram account.

This year’s nominees are diverse, with Portable and Magixx making the list for the first time.

Wizkid’s “Essence” and Ayra Starr’s “Bloody Samaritan” both received multiple nominations.

Ayra Starr, Bnxn, Lojay, Ruger, and Zinoleesky are among the Next Rated Award nominees in the most coveted category.

The Headies award organizers have announced that the winner of the Next Rated award category will receive a 2022 Bentley.

The 15th Annual Headies Music Awards will take place on September 4, 2022, at Atlanta’s COBB Energy Performing Arts Center.
