Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan has passed away at the age of 71, according to a report by TMZ. Emergency services were said to have responded to a call at his home in Clearwater, Florida, on Thursday morning.
Back in May, Hogan’s spokesperson revealed he had undergone a minor neck fusion s¥rgery, describing it as a routine procedure. “He just needs periodic medical checkups,” the representative told The Independent at the time, adding that the operation was successful and there was “no cause for alarm.”
His wife, Sky, had also dismissed circulating rumors that Hogan was in a coma, assuring the public that his heart remained “strong.”
