Popular rapper, Odumodublvck, has claimed that Lagos is not the ideal place for young artists to develop their careers.
The Abuja-based music star claimed that Lagos is a selfish city, warning that artists who grow there may become greedy, selfish, and self-centered beasts.
Odumodublvck stated that his background as an Abuja-bred artist gave him an edge in the Nigerian music industry.
On his X handle, he wrote, “The worst place for a young artist to grow is Lagos. It’s the most selfish place to grow.
“You will become them; a greedy, selfish, and self-centered packaged beast.
“That’s why it was easy to run through the industry as The Machine wey I be. I too real for una.”
