Reality TV star Porsha Williams has revealed that she’s dating both a man and a woman following her split from ex-husband Simon Guobadia.
Speaking at CultureCon over the weekend, in a clip shared by Culture Unfiltered on Instagram, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star candidly discussed her post-divorce dating life. Williams explained that she has narrowed her romantic interests down to two people — “he is nice and she is nice” sparking cheers and laughter from the audience.
“I really just wanted to make sure these were normal people,” she said, adding that she’s been learning to adjust to partners who aren’t “n@rcissists.” Without naming names, Williams appeared to throw subtle shade at Guobadia as she described past relationships filled with “love b%mbing” and m@nipulation.
“The people I’m talking to now are different,” she continued. “They challenge me, they ask questions, and they don’t let me walk over them. I’m not used to that, so I’m learning to open up and soften a bit. If I want something different, I have to be different.”
Williams’ remarks come months after finalizing her highly publicized divorce from Guobadia in June 2025. The pair got engaged in May 2021 after just a month of dating and married that November. By February 2024, Williams had filed for divorce amid reports of tension over their prenuptial agreement.
Guobadia, who spent months in an ICE detention facility, was deported to Nigeria earlier this year, marking the end of their turbulent relationship.
