Don’t ask what Igbos will do if he dies in detention — we will set Nigeria ablaze. Nothing will survive that land. We are watching every move and monitoring what’s going on. If anything happens to him, Nigeria will face a reaction it never imagined.
These were the strong words of an Igbo lady based in the U.S., a former U.S. Air Force officer, who sent a serious warning to the Nigerian government over the continued detention of the Igbo leader.
She said the world is watching, and that Igbos in the diaspora are not powerless anymore.
