Vice President Kashim Shettima has declared that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has fulfilled the promises of the administration’s Renewed Hope Agenda, insisting that the President has demonstrated strong leadership despite the nation’s recent economic and political challenges.
In a statement on Thursday, Shettima said Tinubu had “proved his mettle” and shown the world his capacity to lead Nigeria through difficult times.
According to the Vice President, the administration has already recorded “tangible successes” in delivering stability, national renewal, and economic reforms under the Renewed Hope mandate.
“President Tinubu has proved his mettle and demonstrated his capacity to the world. The Renewed Hope Agenda has already yielded tangible successes under this administration,” Shettima said.
He added that the challenges confronting the country had only strengthened the President’s resolve and leadership abilities.
“The storms of recent years have not diminished him; instead, they have forged him into a seasoned sailor who has steered the ship through turbulent waters,” he stated.
The Vice President also called on Nigerians to rally behind Tinubu’s leadership and support his candidacy, saying continued national unity and cooperation were necessary for the country’s progress.
“For this reason, I stand with him and urge all Nigerians to do the same,” Shettima added.
