A pastor has sparked reactions online after making bold claims about his spiritual authority and comparing his ministry experience with that of the late CAC founder.
Speaking during a sermon, he suggested that modern-day ministers like himself operate at a higher level of spiritual manifestation, while referencing historical miracles attributed to early revivalists.
“If people like us were talking, even Joseph Ayo Babalola, if he was to be alive would sit down and learn from us. Because he did miracles in 1930, they’ve immortalized it till today. We that God has been using for years, I can’t count the number of d+ad raised with evidence, blind people healed, HIV and coronavirus healed.”
He further narrated what he described as a revival testimony involving a woman identified as Bose, allegedly connected to a CAC background. According to him, the woman was pronounced d+ad in a hospital before a family intervention led to her being taken to a prayer mountain.
“There was a woman called Bose from CAC church and she d+ed in an hospital and was brought to the mountain ried with pregnancy but her mother in law said don’t bury her that they should bring her here”
He went on to describe a dramatic moment during prayers, claiming a confrontation over invoking the legacy of early revival figures:
“The mother-in-law came here and started shouting God of 1930, God of Babalola and I told her to keep shut. She should go into the bush to look for that. We prayed for her and Bose was brought back to life with her pregnancy”
