Police DSP K+lled Weeks To Retirement While Dispersing Thugs In Kano

A police officer attached to the Hotoro Division in Kano State, identified as DSP Sani Isah, has reportedly been k+lled during a clash involving rival thugs.

According to reports, the officer was deployed alongside other security operatives to restore order and disperse the f+ghting groups when one of the suspected thugs allegedly opened f+re with a dane g¥n, hitting him during the operation.

He was immediately rushed to the hospital, where he was later confirmed d+ad.

Sources described the late officer as a respected member of the community who had served in the police force for more than three decades. He was said to be only a few weeks away from retirement before the tragic incident occurred.

The development comes amid renewed concerns over rising thuggery and vi%lent clashes in several parts of Kano, including Hotoro, Fagge, Koki, Gyadi-Gyadi and surrounding areas.56m
