26-year-old Transgender Woman Jailed 7½ Years After Falsely Accusing Six Men Of R@pe In Series Of Fake Claims in UK

26-year-old Transgender Woman

Khloe Simmonds, a 26-year-old transgender woman, has been sentenced to seven-and-a-half years in prison after falsely accusing six men of r@pe in a series of allegations spanning 2018 to 2026 in UK.

Simmonds was sentenced at Harrow Crown Court on Monday, September 7, after pleading guilty to eight counts of p£rverting the course of justice. The court heard that she spent hundreds of hours with police officers making false claims and presenting herself as a victim.

At the height of the offending, her allegations reportedly accounted for 2.5% of s+xual a§§ault reports in Harrow, west London. Several of the men she accused were arrested and detained before being released.

One man, an Afghan national, spent 88 days under police investigation after Simmonds accused him of holding her at kn+fepoint and r@ping her in 2018. In another case, a chef she met on Grindr was arrested after she claimed he r@ped and possibly dr¥gged her following a date. He spent 20 hours at a police station, describing the experience as humiliating.

Simmonds also accused a taxi driver of r@pe after a date, but vehicle data showed the taxi had continued travelling without stopping, disproving her account. She later admitted to police that the allegation was false.

Another man, a musician she met on Grindr, was arrested after Simmonds claimed he s+xually a§§aulted her while he slept on her sofa, despite the court hearing that there had been no s+xual contact.

She made several other false r@pe claims, including allegations against unknown men. One victim said the accusations destroyed his relationship, separated him from his family and led him to attempt to take his own life three times.

Judge John Lodge said the allegations formed a sustained pattern of conduct and warned that her actions affected resources meant for genuine victims of serious crime. The court heard that Simmonds has autism, ADHD and longstanding alcohol-dependency issues.
