A 19-year-old Texas college football player has been accused of physically att@cking his pregnant girlfriend after she refused to take an ab%rtion pill, according to a report by KTRK.
Houston Cougars defensive linebacker Carmello Brooks confronted his girlfriend, Nariah Harley, at his apartment on Thursday after learning she was pregnant.
According to testimony presented in court Monday, Brooks squeezed Harley’s arms before sl@mming her onto the ground and sitting on her to pin her down.
A hearing officer told the court that the confrontation occurred about a month after Brooks was charged with being aggressive toward another pregnant woman.
The 275 pound student athlete is now facing stemming from the incident involving Harley. The case has drawn attention because of the circumstances surrounding the a§§ault and Brooks’ previous charge involving a pregnant woman.
