A leaked phone conversation between controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, and his second wife, actress Asabi, has surfaced online, revealing a h+ated exchange about their troubled relationship.
In the audio clip, Asabi confronted Portable over his denial of their marriage, telling him, “I want you to wake up to your reality that you don’t have one wife.” When the singer retorted that she was not his wife, she pressed further, asking, “I am not your wife, right? I need you to answer.”
Portable, in response, questioned her presence in his life, to which Asabi replied, “Because heaven brought us together.”
During the tense exchange, the “Zazoo Zeh” crooner accused Asabi of disrespecting and embarra§§ing him publicly. He also alleged that she receives endorsement deals from men and goes out with them, despite claiming he does nothing for her.
The confrontation reportedly lasted several minutes, with Portable insisting he no longer wanted to continue the relationship. However, Asabi stood her ground, declaring, “I want you and you’re going nowhere, bro. We’re going to agree to disagree.”
