US Revokes Visas of Foreign Nationals Who Celebrated Charlie Kirk’s Assa§§ination

The United States government has revoked the visas of several foreign nationals who publicly celebrated the as+a§§ination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, in what officials described as a firm stand against hate speech and glorification of v+olence.

In a statement released Tuesday, the U.S. State Department confirmed that multiple visa holders had been identified and sanctioned for making inflammatory remarks online following Kirk’s k+lling.

“The United States has no obligation to host foreigners who wish d+ath on Americans,” a State Department spokesperson said. “We continue to identify visa holders who celebrated the heinous as+a§§ination of Charlie Kirk.”

Officials revealed that individuals from Argentina, South Africa, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, and Paraguay were among those affected.

Authorities said the visa revocations are part of a broader policy shift aimed at foreign nationals who engage in or promote hate-fueled content that threatens public order. Officials added that similar cases would continue to be reviewed.

The move has sparked mixed reactions online, with conservative commentators praising the decision as a “necessary deterrent against hate,” while some human rights advocates have cautioned that such measures could raise questions about free speech and due process.

Kirk, 31, co-founder of Turning Point USA and a close ally of Donald Trump, was f+tally sh%t on September 16 while addressing a crowd of over 3,000 people at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah.

Tyler Robinson, 22, was arrested and charged with m¥rder, obstruction of justice, witness tampering, and committing v+olence in the presence of children. Prosecutors said they would pursue the d+ath penalty, describing the crime as “politically motivated and deeply disturbing.”
