Nysc Extends Batch ‘C’ Registration Deadline Over Portal Glitches
The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has extended the 2025 Batch ‘C’ registration deadline by 48 hours due to portal glitches affecting some prospective corps members (PCMs).
The management attributed the difficulties to network issues on the registration portal and assured that technical challenges are being resolved to enable smooth registration. Caroline Embu, Director of Information and Public Relations for NYSC, confirmed the development in a statement, explaining that the scheme is working round the clock to fix the problem while giving affected PCMs extra time.
“While management regrets the inconvenience this might have caused our valued PCMs, we wish to assure all that we are working to resolve the issues and ensure seamless registration,” the statement read. The extension moves the registration deadline from the original Saturday to midnight on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, giving all prospective corps members sufficient time to complete their applications for mobilisation.
