If s+x can truly keep a man, then they won’t still be ch+ating — Tik Toker Jarvis educates Nigerians about relationship

Social media creator Jarvis known for her viral presence and public relationship with fellow TikToker Peller shared her thoughts on what really sustains a partnership beyond physical intimacy.

In a recent video clip circulating online, Jarvis said “s+x is not what keeps a man, that’s not what keeps anybody. If you prioritise your relationship with s+x it will just spoil.” She explained that true commitment requires effort from both partners, saying “It takes lots of efforts and lots of me and you to understand it. It must not be one‑sided. It must be equal I put effort, you put effort. I show workings, you show workings. So it’s not always about s+x.”

Jarvis also challenged the notion that s+xual intimacy alone prevents infidelity, noting that “If relationship was based on just s+x, I don’t think men will be ch+ating. Yes, men will not ch+at now, the man will not go outside and ch+at.” She continued, “There are some relationships or marriages where s+x is consistent and the man will still go outside and ch+at. It is not always all about that.”

According to Jarvis, deeper values are what sustain long‑term bonds “It takes the grace of God, understanding, love, tolerance… somebody you didn’t grow up with and don’t know from where, with different upbringing and you come together to be with each other do you think it’s easy?”
