A Black man, Korey Wise, Criminal justice reform activist  joined in the protest in Harlem, seeking justice for George Floyd.

 Korey Wise — a black man who was one of the Central Park Five and wrongfully convicted, incarcerated, and later vindicated in the late 1980s — joined the protests against the death of George Floyd in Harlem.

George Floyd, an unarmed black man died May 25 after a white police officer knelt down on his neck in a fatal arrest in Minneapolis and has sparked outrage in the US.

Thousands have come out to protest in the US and around the world in the ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement over law enforcement’s repeated use of lethal force against African Americans.

The support from Korey Wise didn’t go unnoticed as many took to their social media platforms to praise this move.

1989 Korey Wise, at 16 was sent to prison and served 14 years for a crime he didn’t commit. Trump called for the death penalty on Korey and the 4 other INNOCENT children arrested. Today he protested in Harlem for the same “justice” system that took away his childhood – Steviejoannb wrote.
