Serving as the representative for the Surulere constituency 1 at the Lagos State House of Assembly for the third consecutive term, Elliot’s actions often draw public attention.
In the recently surfaced video, Desmond Elliot and fellow members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) were seen on February 1st, 2024, engaging in community charity activities within Surulere constituency 1 ahead of a by-election.
The footage captured Elliot and his team distributing essential items such as notebooks, and perfumes to residents who scrambled to get them.
