A Catholic priest identified as a reverend father has raised alarm after claiming he was harassed in Lagos by some task force officials who insisted he must present an additional “paper” despite driving a private car.
In a video shared online, the visibly upset priest explained that he had already contacted a superior police officer, who confirmed that his vehicle is private and does not fall under public transport rules.
He insisted that he had all his documents, including a tinted permit issued by the Nigerian government, yet the officials allegedly refused to listen.
