I Will Help Emeka Ihedioha To Reclaim His Mandate At The Apex Court- Former Attorney General 

Emeka Ihedioha has returned to Supreme Court, three weeks after he was sacked as the Governor of Imo State by the judgement of Justice Kudirat Kekere of Apex court.

According to dailysun news online, the former Governor filled application on thursday for the review of Supreme Court judgement with only one prayer: that the earlier judgement be set aside.

The report stated that Emeka Ihedioha has already hired over 30 lawyers, led by a former Attorney General of the Federation, Kanu Agabi, to represent him at the supreme Court.
Who is Kalu Agabi.

Kanu Godwin Agabi is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), a Nigerian lawyer and politician who was a National Senator, and was twice Attorney General and Minister of Justice of the federation during the presidency of Olusegun Obasanjo.

Kanu who ran for governor of Cross River State in April 1999, was the minister of Justice and Attorney General of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in the year 1999 – 2000 and 2002 – 2003.

In June 2007, Kanu represented the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in a suit launched by Muhammadu Buhari, the then Presidential candidate of the All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP), seeking to jail the INEC Chairman Professor Maurice Iwu for refusing to allow Buhari’s lawyers access to electoral materials.

He has also represented some prominent politicians like Saraki and others.
